View Full Version : Is this enough to do good??

Every morning I run.
Now I run in about 10 minutes, but my goal is 30 minutes.
Then do ABS training
Then when I have lunchtime, ½ hour I will train bodybuilding at home.
Again in the evening I cykle 6-10 Km.
And then make some arm training.
Or else? Any good advices?

I forgot..
3 days a week if not 4, I ride my horse 1 hour......

And when we reach winter I play Volleyball hard 3 hours once a week, and soft 2 hours once a week.
