normal hair loss?

my hair seems to be coming out more than usual but i'm not sure if it's normal or not. when i run my fingers through my hair i get about half a dozen hairs out each time i do it, sometimes more.

i'm worried!

It sounds okay to me. Some people just lose hair more than others. I know people who lose masses of hair and there's nothing wrong with them. If you start losing more than that I'd look into it, though.

It is definitely coming out way more than usual, its just coming out in my hands. i've started taking my mutli-vits again, not sure what else i can do.

that happened to me when i lost alot of weight before..It was soo scary at first cos id always had loads of hair..and then id just touch it..and get a couple of strands in my hands :(
The doctor told me it was normal :)
I did have anemia..not sure if that contributed...
