I've been using a stationary bike on low resistance as my primary method of cardio and as a result, my thigh and calf muscles have become bulky. >.< I've heard that running helps slim them down, but I'd like to hear out all the other possible solutions too because I've got Raynauds disease and going outside in the cold (ok, sydney's winters are fairly mild, but I'm a pansy) is a bit painful for me.
