Not at all. Some people are so huge that nobody will fuck them, but 200lbs isn't the kind of weight that makes guys nauseous at the thought of fucking. 200lbs is the cute sort of chubby that makes you love them all the more.

You can lose weight/tone up/fix other body issues to make your partner feel that you want a better body for them (ways to show you love them), but if your partner is cheating, he's not going to care if you're 170, 150 or even 100lbs. He's going to keep cheating, and your weight has nothing to do with it.

Find someone who loves you for who you are.
