Okay, Im new to this site and the whole forum thing, so bear with me. I'm 18, 5'4" and my goal weight is 95, but I need some help with things to keep my energy up so I can continue to work-out. I'm anna with mia tendencies, if that would help with suggestions. Anything that may help?
