How many pounds do you lose on the first purgings?

Even if you purge your body still absorbs up to half the calories you ate in the first place.

Usually your weight stays about the same when you first start.
That's only part of the reason it sucks so much.

Your tummy gets flat at first but then bloats up.

All I know is that for me, purging relieves the guilt I feel, if i have gone over my calorie comfort zone.
I don't really think about the weight loss, just that I have 'cleansed' myself, and lifted the guilt and panic, for a little while.
