View Full Version : Workout 7 days a week + ECA stack :)

2 week ago I restarted. working out 7 days a week 1 hour cardio,1 hour weights and then tanning. i am calorie restricting and doing an ECA stack (google) and lossing 2-3lbs a day. Hoping to stay motivated!!! feeling gross i want my summer body!

2-3 lbs a day, wow, i'm well envious!! Wish you the best of luck, sounds like a great plan. And the tanning is just a bonus :)
Wish I had the time to work out 7 days a week. My work hours are just so inconvenient, grrr.

I also googled the ECA stack, sounds cool. Let us know how that works for you.

im also taking e stack and lost 11pounds in 8 days so far ..but iv been finding i have been getting really sick for hours and hours after...do you find this with e stack or am i just crazy lol xx

I workout everyday but I don't think I do it for long enough....3 weeks of working out and i GAINED 13 pounds. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. My bf says it could be muscle. But I don't wanna gain muscle, I wanna lose fat.

does the ECA stack actually help you ?
& where can you get it like how much is it?. because i have no energy so that would be good :)!
