Im new to all this but i am just sick and tired of hearing people tell me i look fine and im healthy and no one wants a bag of bones, yet all the people that tell me this are 7 stone and can eat what they want without putting on any weight! i need to lose weight and fast. id be grateful for any tips of encouragement you can give me as this really is getting to me every minute of the day, thanks.
