I have a bunch of low-carb recipes that can easily be made low-cal by making substitutions - low-fat cheese or cream cheese, applesauce in place of oil in sweet recipes, etc.

Just go to whatever section you want and see some recipies. It has cals and nutritinal info per meal so its nice and handy
