Anybody know any?
I'm dealing with the size of the rest of my legs but I HATE my inner thighs!! :mad:
They're flabby and they make me feel sick.
I've tried a few things like running, cycling but nothing seems to work =/
Any suggestions?
do plies! theyre like squats but with your feet turned out. google image it.

Run on flat surfaces, never uphill unless you want that flab to turn into muscle. Blehh.

go swimming, it really works your legs, not to mention the rest of your body. it will really help to tone your body.

I really havn't found that uphill causes a problem. Resistance burns more calories faster. Muscle pushes fat out and your metabolism will eat both.
What the flame does not conusume, conumes the flame so to speak.
I'm an indoor runner, I do treadmill programs with varied inclines...I don't suppose it matters if it's outdoor or indoor?

sideways lunges are really great for inner thighs another i find to work is to lie on your back take a stability ball put it between your inner thighs and squeeze in quick pulses and then hold the contraction

It's what works for me.
I burn calories, but at the same time I'm not building huge muscles.
I want to be small, not muscular.

I've heard a pilates ring really helps especially for inner thighs. I want to buy one.
I do a lot of leg lifts daily.

What I do is I lie on my side and lift my leg up to the sky as far as I can.
I recommend doing 100-150 on each leg twice a day.

Leg lifts are great. Also, move the "top" leg out of the way (bend the knee and put your foot on the ground in front of you) and left the "bottom" leg. That really works the inner thigh.
