Bad Customer Service Shits Me!!!

Ok, so I just left maccas and I was served by a complete cow! She was SO rude to mum and I, rolling her eyes and saying smart arse bullshit!
I HATE bad customer service. It really, really, REALLY pisses me off. It's like, I'm a paying customer, your job depends on us and for fuck sake, is it THAT hard to just smile?!
If I can manage to be a happy-chappy to customers, ANYONE can.
Bad customer service is just unproffesional and unnessasary! I honestly believe shop people think that just because i'm young, I'm also stupid, poor and they can treat me however they please because I won't stick up for myself. Well guess what motherfuckers? I may be a 5ft blonde, but I have claws! >:D

If I get a rude server at a restaurant I just walk out. Don't feel like dealing with them. There's tons of restaurants in my city and I probably shouldn't be eating at any of them anyway.

Haha nice. I think I may try that. I normally can't contain myself and turn into my highschool self, ie being a bitch :p but simply walking out seems a little more dignified.

when someone is really rude... i say in a voice that they can hear me... but not real loud, 'you just lost some of your tip'

they generally dont come back after that, but if i go as far as saying that, im not leaving any tip.

... also 'if you dont like your job, find a new one' ...that will usually get a look that shows they didnt mean to be so rude, and then they will blurt out why they hate it there or what had just happened to upset them. when that happens ill feel bad for the person and end up tipping :/

I hate that too. I was on the train with my two best friends last year and the ticket guy came round, and as I pulled out my purse, I muttered to myself, 'right, which one is it?' because I'd bought a return ticket so therefore had two. Then the arsey ticket guy said, 'Well, if you have a look at the ticket, it should say 'out' which is a pretty obvious way of finding it!' I just looked at him in disgust and said, 'Alright!' in an 'well excuse me' kind of tone.

Ugh, McDonalds are the WORST for bad customer service. Almost everyone you get there has a bad attitude and acts like you're wasting their time. There have been a few times that I've been in a pretty bad mood and I've reported them to their supervisor out of spite. I've always felt good about that.

I remember one time at Target, my mom and I BOTH forgot our cell's and needed to use the store phone. They only had one at the customer return service desk and basically the chick there snapped at us.. I wouldn't care as much if it were just me, but the fact she DARED to open her fuckin' mouth at my mom like that? Aw hell no.
But I am too weak and full of anxiety and stutter to say anything.. :(

The Only thing I hate worse than bad customer service is bad customers.

I used to work as a waitress in a restaurant in a shopping center (mall) and it's UNBELIEVABLE how rude people think they can be to you!

It really kills you and makes you not feel like a person at all, especially when you have to put up with so many of these people on a 14hr shift (thats on a good day too). I was once accused of 'putting a plate down angrily' which was the most stupid unlikely complaint ever and my manager said he nearly laughed in the guy's face when he complained.
