I read this (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. (ie. not binging and then restricting but trying to eat healthy, regular meals). I was worried that by following "rules/instructions" like this would be as bad for me as my usual food rules/obsessive behaviour but have realised that I need structure and guidelines so I can feel a little more in control of my eating in a good way. If that makes sense?

Look up holding0n on youtube.
Every video she makes is about eating disorder recovery. Her videos really really motivate me!

That makes me so mad. I can't even imagine trying to recover while being filmed for millions of people to see.
It's going to be hard for the patients and triggering for a lot of the audience. What a horrible idea.
Good job, Oprah. Good job.
