I am mostly happy with where I am, I don't think at this point I have a real problem with mia, but.
But I b/p and think I'll skip tomorrow, this is just too hard. Then hours later I am *planning* my next b/p.
And I've recently started to exercise for 3 hrs. around a b/p (after all even with a good p you know there's some you've missed). So I have to have 4 hrs for a good b/p...
Anyway, does anyone else do this? Plan a day or two in advance what you'll b/p what the timing will be etc?

I do this all the time. I plan my b/p around when my mom isn't home (she's gone a lot, mostly taking my little brother to stuff and working) so I plan what I'm going to eat, how long it's going to take, etc.

Oh, that's good to know someone else plans.
It seems like everyone else just "accidently" starts and just can't stop.
I'm already thinking about what I'd eat and if I actually have the time to do it tomorrow.
