hey, i have an awkward problem- i can't cry. I felt like crying for days now, but nothing comes out. Idk, but i would really like some help. I feel like if i had a good cry then id feel much better.:confused:

Ugh I know the feeling but I have no idea what helps :( Sometimes when something really bad happens, like a friend dies, you just break down in tears. Stay strong!

I know the feeling and feel so bad for you. I couldn't cry for over a year and ended up getting hospitalized for depression. I didn't feel that depressed but I was isolating alot. Anyways turns out I had severe depression the worst kind and the doctor told me one of the symptoms was the fact that I could not cry. I don't claim to know that this is your problem, but you might want to see someone about it . Just in case I guess I did feel kind of sad alot.

Aw hon, I know just how you feel. Crying can be such a release, but if you try to push it it won't happen. I know this sounds stupid, but maybe you could watch a really sad movie or something? You might find it's just the little trigger you need to get going.
