View Full Version : What can I do with my legs?

I want to do workouts that focus on my legs, rather than cardio and such. I can't do much that my mom and my brother won't hear it at night, is there anything that I can do??

What I do is do 3-8 sits agains a wall
for about a minute, sometimes two.
Basically what you do is lean against a
wall as if your sitting in a chair but your
not so your legs get the burn. Make sure
you bend your knees and your
legs are at a 45 degree angle. r
Also I like to lay down on my back and
slowly bring my legs down into a straddle position
and bring them back up about 100 times.
I used have weights around my ankles to increase
the tension. That really works.

Wall sits = awesome. If you can get some sort of elastic cord (luggage bungee perhaps?) and grab each end and push against the cord with your feet, you can do a lot. Once that gets too easy try folding it in half.

Wall sits are awesome. Also, lunges and squats with very low weight will tone without adding bulk.
