shaking???

i started shaking..i was wondering is there any way to make it stop..so no one would notice..
and is this something other people do who is ana

umm.. like the other ppl here, im guessin u purge and dont eat or w/e... so considering that hmm i wonder what could be causing that.. -.- start eating.

yea you need to be careful with that. If you're so weak that you're shaking, you need to eat a little bit.

Hey, I have the same problem as you. I tend to get quite light headed as well.. I'm not sure how to stop it, if I find anything out, I'll let you know (: xx
