Hello

As many others I have found that making a log or food diary is helping a lot. The last days I have binged and binged some more... some of the days I have purged on laxatives, exercise and vomiting. Still it's not enough. I don't want to stuff my face with more ice cream. Therefor my friends I have decided to make a online food diary/blog (right here) for the 22th of April to the 22 of May.

I know that I can do this in my own little book at home and not use all this space on the forum.. but with you watching my every calorie intake, I'm therefor bound to feel more ashamed if I do overeat. So it is a psychological test from my part =P Wish me luck.

I keep a diary/ log book to! I think it really helps like work things out! :)

Me too keep log of all I eat, when i purge etc. Good idea and good luck. I have a thread doing the same for the same reasons.

Well, I have eaten between ***edit***during these 3 days. It's not that good, but I haven't binged =D Yeey for me!

i kept a food log once, and these little b**ches went through my binder at school and found it while i was gone=( then this boy ikno saw it and asked me about it..... awkward!!!!!

im not rascist here, really im not
they r all that little mexi b**ches that i hate, i never talk to, and they call me a freak=) theres like 5 of them( not mexicans, my skool is poulated with them)
so yeh, they were searching for something private, i guess it was pretty dam stupid of me to put it in my binder in the first polace =)
i didnt find out till like two weeks later, wen the guy i knew asked me about it

omfg, that reminds me of a couple days ago, during pe,i went to throw up in the bathroom and this one poular chick was in there, i went to the bathroom, i heard the door to the gyn close so i thought she was gone cuz it was soo quite, so i threw up and i came out and she was still there like less then five feet away, she didnt say anything and after a couple seconds walked away.. i was sooo scared she was going to tell everyone, idt she has so far:eek:
i hav the greatest luck EVER!!

I hate people who are snoozing around other peoples stuff... I know the kind. very annoying!.

Oh my! I hope that she will keep it to herself. Something familiar happened to me, when i threw up in the bathtub and my mother was standing outside the bathroom door... I just said I was sick... but I don't think she believed me.

Oh... i binged today.. I had some ice cream =/.
I'm going for a run so that I can burn most of it.

It went well=) I love to run.

I have been a disappointment the last 3 days. I have overeaten and haven't been able to throw up because of family visits. For shock treatment, today I might ad, I got undressed and stood up against a large mirror. I know that my body is ruined, and that the marks will be there forever... but it really was a shocking experience for me. It's one thing to see it when you take on your jeans early in the morning, than to really be naked and see everything at once!

I will never give up, and tomorrow I will start again on my diet. PLUS I will wright down everything I consume and post it.'

Hope you all are doing well.

I use FitDay.com to log my food and exercise. It helps me stay on track. I've been using it for years and now it takes just minutes to plan the next day's food.

1200 calories today =/... My friends and I went out, and I ended up having a bagel with veg.

I haven't updated in a while... sorry.

I have been celebrating the national day of Norway (woho!)
had my exams
Been on a trip with my friends

so I haven't been watching what I have eaten very closely.
Tomorrow I'll be right back counting those calories.

I used to write my intake and exercises down, but I didn't want anyone to find it. So I use livestrong.com you sign up and use "The Daily Plate" and you can calculate foods and exercises I love it so much. And they have an app for the iphone and blackberry so you can calculate and find out restaurant calories when your out with family or friends. And good luck Night-butterfly !
