Okay so Im not sure if it's the marginally cold floor I just stood on or my the cocoa butter I put on my feet earlier or the lack of circulation due to me crossing my legs allot today or something to do with my ED but HELP!

my little toe felt cold and tingly (I had been washing my face and was stood up) and when I picked my foot up and looked at the bottom it was yellow and red from pressure, at first I thought okay my feet were de-colored or jourdist or full of puss and I ran to sit on my bed and kept looking at it till it went back to normal color but I have never seen my foot this color before, it's like when pressure is put on your hand but the yellow took ages to fade back to my actual skin tone, I'm scared to start walking again I fear it will do it again, and my feet started to feel numb also, does anyone have any clue to what this was??

Why my feet went yellow and red?

Also just to add the skin on my foot feels dreadfully soft unlike foot skin, does everyones foot do this, is this the first time I have noticed a normal thing..

My feet has been going in and out of a numb low circulation feeling all day.

I CANT EVEN WALK WITHOUT MY FEET GOING NUMB

I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure it's quite normal Chewspit. I get it all the time and did even before I started with me ED so I'm pretty sure theres no connection there. I'm truly sure its not life threatening and if anything it might be that don't have the most fabulous circulation. Same to you JessicaAlice. My hands a feet get numb from the cold all the time and go blue really easy, it just means you're circulation to your outer libs isn't the best and the blood doesn't reach your fingers and your toes from your heart at the normal way people with toasty feet do. It shouldn't be a problem unless you get stuck in the artict or something :)

I have to agree, I think its to do with your poor circulation, my hands and feet go funny colours and tingly all the time but my circulation is really bad. So try not to worry hun, I don't think its life threatening.:)

The most common cause of a person with an ED being cold is lack of sufficient fuel (food) to keep the body warm. I noticed that on days I binge I am a bit warmer. For me, I'm always cold because of my low-cal diet, low blood pressure, and my dang thyroid disease (which killed my metabolism).

Well, I got surpriced now when I gained very much weight and my BMI raised from 17 to 19, bc from freezing all the time, no matter how sunny it was, to sweating when its 25 degrees! So the more fat you have, the more heat your body can produce.
If you dont have any fat and nothing to take energy from, your body wont be able to warm you up.
