When eating out at a restruant......

How do you purge in the public restroom? I just got back from the airport, you can't do it there, but you can on the airplane bathroom. (which i did, those really small rooms terrify me, and the plane was all bumpy and getting thrown around due to a rainstorm. anyways, I'm going to go out to diner in a few minutes with my family, any tips? HELP!

I regularly purge in restaurants, any public restrooms anywhere. I stuff the toilet with toilet paper, and purge as quietly as possible...
It's shameful, coming out eyes watering, red face, reeking of sick and shame.

I find it so difficult to purge in restaurants, or whenever I'm out with friends.

If I take a long time, they'll get suspicious. And I'll come out with bloodshot/watery eyes, making it even more suspicious!

I can solve one of those problems. Splash your face with cold water after purging, and make sure to carry around concelor or foundation or something with you. I use Neutrogena, the healthy skin line. It covers it up quite nicely.
