Hi I'm Ali, and I'm new to the whole dieting thing. Right now I'm on the ABC diet. Today I'm on my 400cal day. Tomorrow is 100cal. If anyone could help me with suggestions or helpful hints, that would be great.

I'm 5'2". 144lbs. Highest weight=148lbs.

you are at the exact same stage that i am on in the diet!

my tip is try to stick to the exact cals, as that variation really works for me and stops me platauing in weight.

also i would say have some vitamins and drink plenty of water, it always helps me keep my energy up and feel healthy no matter how many cals im eating.

also, within the limit you have try to eat a tiny amount of varied things, always tricks my mind into thinking ive eaten more in a day, even if it is one bite of lots of things or a chew and spit out of lots of thinggs.

ALSO another tip of mine is dont worry if it gets hard to do, it is hard to keep up. last time i did it, if i found it hard during the middle stages or end i would just add 200 cals to each day, still lost weight, obv not as much, but was still loosing some. xxx

hi..im new on here and im going to start the ABC diet aswell tomorrow, im definatly going to start it off with a long session down the gym aswell because i really need to lose weight..i hate how i look.. im 5ft11 and weigh about 150 lbs .. i see all my friends that are so thin and thinspiration pictures and just want to be like them it feels like i need to be like them.
i really hope this diet makes a difference, how are you both getting on with it? i dont think ive read about anyone completing it yet but i am definatly going to try and give it a shot. x
