For the past few days I've been making an effort to try and eat normally because I was always tired when I hadn't ate enough. However, Despite the fact that I'm eating right, sleeping normally.

I still wake up , eat breakfast and then pass out for 3+ hours.

I have no idea why this is happening and It's been happening for awhile,
I don't exercise either because I'm generally too tired too.

Anyone know why this could be?

any number of reasons. hell, if youre in your teens youre probably growing which makes you sleep lots more than usual. cut back on your sodium intake as well, salty shit makes you sleepy. might want to drink some coffee with breakfast too ^__^ you might not be actually sleeping properly either, there any number of sleep disorders that muck with the amount of rest you actually get. Also if you do drink coffee, the caffeine in it takes about 6 hours to leave your system. so no coffee after 5pm! maybe earlier.

and.. what exactly is your "normal" sleep? if youre not getting a solid 8-9 hours youre probably going to be tired XD then again.. sleeping too much makes you stay sleepy.. "oversleeping" lol i tend to wake up with a nasty headache after sleeping too long as well -.-

I'm 17 turning 18,
I'm pretty much finished growing.
I hardly eat salty things and I cannot drink coffee because it makes me sick.

Yeah I've been sleeping tons which does make me over-tired
with lots of headaches

I'm not sure though,
After I get my wisdom teeth out and healed
I'll go to the doctors and ask
Maybe I need some sleep tests done.

It could be to do with low iron or B12 levels, plus lack of general vitamins/minerals can make you lethargic too. I'd suggest seeing your doctor, talking through your symptoms and maybe getting some blood tests done just to be on the safe side. :) Feel better soon!

I have been feeling the same as you for quiet some time. I am waiting for the blood results to come back. I find it so difficult to stay awake during the day and with college starting i'm so nervous.
