trying out the ABC diet

i'm starting the ABC diet tomorrow, i'm a first timer. so i'm just a little nervous. if anyone has any tips on staying away from the "enemy" i could deffinatly use the help

hi hun im doing abc too, your more than welcome to join our 6 week abc thread (dont worry u dont have to do the full 6 weeks). im on day 4 now and so far so good. if u are in need of thinspo or motivation check out this website - its amazing!
