I keep getting these dizzy things where my eyesight sort of blurry and I cannot see properly, I love my balance & I almost fall over except I grab something but in about 5 - 10 seconds I am okay again.

Is this light headed?

:'( I can't take it, it must happen at least once every two days, though i have had it 4 times in a day before.

This has happened to me hunni ALOT of the time, and I mean for like the past 2 years. It's down to a lack of food to the brain so it makes you go dizzy, I managed to stop mine by bingening however kicked myself up the arse and now I get them again cos I am not eating as much as I should. It's awful though spesh when I'm going down the stairs or sumat

I had anemia and after eating some pills for that my light-headness went away but now it's back as I've been cutting down my eating kinda fast. It was scary when it happened for the first time (I was maybe around 11 years old and thought I was going to die :D ) but I can handle it as long as I stay conscious. And it's something you just have to get used to, I guess.

I can usually handle it but as a one off it happened once and i started walking funny and fell into a locker... It didn't hurt me but that time I felt like I was going to faint badly, Also people were making a fuss, asking what happened and if I was okay, that was probably the only seriously bad time, not looking forward too it on stares though, my shoes are slippy.

Does it happen when you stand up? That happens to me all the time. It's called orthostasis, and certain medications (like antidepressants) can exacerbate it.

Yup mine happens when I stand up and sometimes when I am just walking around doing everyday things, didn't know it had a name though

Yes, same it happens mainly when I stand up but I get it randomly when doing things also, I am going to see my doctor to see what he can do to minimize this Orthostatic hypotension thing, It is not enjoyable.

I used to work in a Target, so whenever I would get up from stocking a low shelf I would loose my sight for a couple of seconds. I fell over a few times. I started eating a more substantial breakfast and it went away, though. I have a bit of cereal and milk in the morning and that usually keeps me going :)

this happens ALOT to me when im at a 17 BMI. I sometimes fall and wake up again in when my head hit the floor, and its scary bc once I hit my head really hard on the edge of a table, it could have gone bad.
But I enjoy those light dizzynesses. It makes me feel high in some good way haha
