Hey all
Well I have had a continous headache for the past 2 days now and it just wont shift, I have had some paracetomal but with no avail. I think it might be because of my low cal intake (on 1000 or less) I know its still a heft size but considering I'm a binge queen I'm doin pretty well or cos I have just been lookin at the pc for 6 hours however had breaks in between.
Anybody else get this??

I think because of the combined force of computer use and low amounts of food. that it may cause your headache. I mean i can spend 12-15 hours on the computer......i do have a life but i prefer my own reality then the one that everyone else lives in :P
But it could be what you are eating and not the amount.......your head normally begins to hurt not because of amount of food but the lack of certain types......like not enough water....you get a headache......try some stuff you aint eaten before or something filled with lots of vits and mins.....like blackberrys or what not....
Edit: And to answer your signature, Your already too good for me oxo

headaches comes from starving, its all about starving the brain, i was told by a very knowledable medical man, that the brain needs oxygen and by not eating you starve the brain, and from the book i am reading on anorexia, you can permently damage your brain if you extremely starve, but that is for the people that eat nothing, but little. The real extreme cases. I have been in that place before, but i do admit to having memory loss since that time. I do have head aches now, especially in the middle of the night through not eating enough in the day, but they arent continuous like before. I find drinking fruit juice or high juice is much better than water, i think water can bring on head aches.

What luke said. My guess would be the memory. They could be seated incorrectly, you could have a dead stick or your mobo could have dead slots.
Take out all but one memory stick and try it in each slot. If you get through all ram slots and its still no-go then youre back to square one.
EDIT: Could you link us to your RAM?

Yeah i get continual headaches, it's something to do with not enough oxygen going to the brain, that's what i was told by a medicine man years ago. The less you eat the more the headache.:(

iv had headaches every day for over 2 weeks before
make sure your drinking enough water, dehydration is quick to bring on a headache. as soon as you feel it starting you should down a whole glass of water and keep sipping more all day. works half of the time for me. other half just have to take pain killers and go for a nap.

Drink plenty of water and whatever you do eat, try and make caloric room for lots of raw foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. These foods will get all the minerals and vitamins you need straight into your bloodstream in its purest and most powerful form. It should alleviate the headaches tremendously if you stick to it for a day.
