Im making cabbage soup for dinner! But ive never made it before could really use a good low calorie recipe..... and i know i can always rely on the people on this site to know the lowest possible calorie recipe! I have lots of ingrediants (cabbage, celery, peppers, onions, carrots, veggie stock cube, etc).

Sooo, someone want to help me in putting all this together?? (im kindof retarded when it comes to cooking.... i could burn water if i tried....) I want to be able to eat a lot (it takes ALOT to fill me). If i can keep the total under 200 for a BIG bowl of soup ill be happy:] Thank you!

When I make it, I try and keep it simple. I boil a few chopped carrots and celery in a large pot of veg stock then chop the head of cabbage in strips and slowly add them in until they wilt and fit, it'll take time because it looks like a lot of cabbage all cut up. It's ready when the cabbage is tender. You can chose to keep the extra carrots and celery out if you want to or omit some of the cabbage lol to eliminate calories

I love cabbage soup, I tweaked with some ingredients until I found this one I made, it's very basic:

1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 Can stewed tomatoes.
Combine in pan until the cabbage is tender, then add 1 Can of Vegetable broth
You can add some spices if you'd like, but try to stay away from the salt.
You can eat the whole batch and it would still be under 200, that's why I love making it so much, everyone should know about this!

Let me know how you like it if you try it (:
