Hello everyone
I have just started running outside in the beautiful nature again! This because the snow is now almost gone. I simply love running and for a couple off months ago I bought new nike + shoes and the nike + sensor. Today I burned around 400 calories in only 45 minutes =D
Anyways... I've got a problem.. I just can't get that bugger out of the shoe. It's in this tiny little ''whole'' in the left shoe... but I can't get it out! Anyone who got a technique?
