My name is Jennifer.
I'm 21 years old.
From a redneck town in "Abalama" (<Alabama to all you non-natives)
I married my best friend in November, and had my daughter January 29th. She's now 3 months old, and finally in 0-3 month clothes.
Now, why I'm joining this board. I was on here a LONG time ago and managed to "recover" from my issues, or so I thought. Unfortunately, due to post-partum depression, and my daughter spending the first 2 months of her life in the NICU, my demons have decided to rear their ugly heads. Cutting, burning, anorexia, bulimia, trich, just to name a few.
My darling husband doesn't seem to be much help either. See, he struggled with self-injury when he was about 18. Luckily for him, he managed to get over it on his own. But, now that my problems have returned, he just tells me over and over again to "get over it" or if I don't my daughter will grow up to do it too. That's what kills me the most. I can't just "get over it". When I try to, that's when I stumble and go way too far in the wrong direction, but I DON'T want my daughter to turn out like me.
