Hi everyone,
I'm Zoe, 24. Thought I'd say hello and give you a bit of info about my situation. I've had a difficult time for the last 3 years (which is when my bulimia started), i had a major breakdown and ended up in a mental health hospital for 6 months. I had ptsd which manifested itself as agoraphobia, depression, bdd and severe anxiety - jeez what a list :o - and the bulimia. I've worked incredibly hard getting myself better and I've now got a hold on all but the bulimia, which is really out of control :( So i thought i'd sign up here to get some help from you guys :p and also help you as much as i can! i attend a day hospital but no one there has an eating disorder and to be honest i find it easier talking to strangers about it! So yeah, here i am :)
