So, a couple months ago I found out I have a benign ovarian tumor growing on my ovary :S This makes any intense exercise really hard for me to do (the pain it causes is horrible). I'm getting it out at the end of April, but I was wondering if there was any low impact exercises that would be good for me to do, yet still allow me to loose weight. I'm also asking because I have really bad cardio, and i'm afraid if I go into surgery with horrible cardio (my heart races going up stairs :S) something bad could happen. Any exercises out there that would be good for cardio, but not have me jumping around all over the place? (I can't think of any....)
Thanks!
