since ive basically not eaten for a while....i bleed alot now
anyone else like that?

ooh yeah.
i was in the hospital for a week once because my period was here for 2months and would NOT quit.
and i would get a lot of nosebleeds that were there for like an hour, and my lips were like white.
it sucked.
now i take an iron pill every day and it seems to help a lot- the occasional nosebleed or cut that clots slow, but nothing like it used to be.

I was about to give blood yesterday, and it turned out my normocyte level is too low so i couldn't donate. I am a regular blood giver, and the last few years i had to adjust the occasions to my crazy jojoing weight and diets... I was certain i was okay now, i was taking iron pills and since i'm trying to recover, i was eating quite healthy (ar at least compared to my old habits...) Also i'm NOT skinny at all now. I'm so disappointed! This giving blood ritual is symbolic to me: it means i'm still healthy... Seems not yet healthy enough :(((

i think i might start taking them...and btw alcohol not good drank half a bottle of smirnoff and i bled out on a fucking scrape...also pretty damn sure my heart stopped...kinda freaked out....really freaked out....pardon my language. eh.

I dont bleed alot but the bruising is extensive. I have a bruise everywhere on my body. A friend even joked that i look like i'm getting abused i have so many bruises. I'm gonna start takin some iron and see how it goes...
