I want to know how many cals are in the noodles alone.
I havent been able to find that,

I cook them, strain them
and add veggies.

I never add the soup packets though
its too much crap

lol silly. XD there are these pre-made pre-seasoned noodles they sell, i cant remember the name. imma look it up, but im sure you would love em as a snack ^^ everyone who tries them cant get enough lol
