As of 09/03/09 I am starting a new 1000 max per day until the end of march, if I reach my gw1 then I will be continuing this for a few months more. However I plan to not go over 1000 and if I can help it not go over 800, I am getting some skipping ropes soon so if I go to 900 I am plannin on working off 100 cals per day so I am really consumin 800 and not 1000, however I need the leeway as 800 is not enough for me anymore, I am such a greedy guts. Anyhow if anyone wants to buddy up or whatever then feel free to post :) Dont forget challenge starts Monday wish me luck

I will join you. I alternate my calorie limit on the following schedule:
Sunday: 200
Monday: 400
Tuesday: 200
Wednesday: 500
Thursday: 700
Friday: 500
Saturday: Fasting
My goal is to lose 16lbs by the end of the march. This requires a minimum of a 2500 calorie deficit each day.
I will post my progress as I go.

Glad you wanted to join, I'm alot more motivated now :)
I'm doing pretty well so far only had 377 cals out of my 1000 cal limit :) Feeling really positive aswell.
Will update more tomorrow so I can tell you how the rest of my day went today :)

Hey good job so far.
I have had 255 out of my 400 calorie limit today. I will post again tomorrow and let you know how the rest of today went.
I also find it much more motivating to have someone else alongside.
