No kidding. This looks tough and you need to own a resistance tube and weights.
But it's such a small price to pay for a 500 calorie workout!

if you walk on the tredmil for 30 minutes at 4.3 mph with occational running at 6mph with and incline of 10% you can burn 500+ calories

I think I'm going to try doing that everyday this week. It might help me feel less guilty about eating and it looks like a simple and effective workout. I know I watched a few other vids of theirs before, I just now subbed though so I can get their "new workout every week".

really??? thats good info... what are the time intervals like? how many minutes at 4.3 and 6 mph do you go for?i'll probably use this for the Xtreme Exercise Challenge

Does anyone tried it ?
I'm just back to do proper work outs and I did this one last Thursday 3 of 4 rounds and some other work out before and after and I really liked it but gosh I felt stiff for 2 days but it worth it and I gonna do it again. :)
