As far as appetite suppresant pills go, the only ones I know of are perscription, such as ones perscribed for ADHD patients like ritalin, side effects include reduced appetite.
But I know smoking reduces appetite, at least for me it does.

I've also found that as you get used to not eating much each day it gets easier and your appertite just near enough dissapears anyway after about a week or two. I still get hungry but I just sit back enjoy the feeling and it doesn't stay for long it passes as quickly as it came. x

Just so you know, though you probably already do, the feeling of feeling full quickly is a sign of gastroparesis, which is common in people w/ anorexia, I have it myself. With gastroparesis though, sometimes it will cause you to throw up, sometime for hours; once I threw up for 24 hours straight and had to be taken to the hospital because it caused dehydration and severly low potassium, though no doctors figured out that it was because of my anorexia. It may sound a little crazy but I actually enjoyed the times when it caused me to throw up, since when I'd weigh myself next time I would have lost almost 3-5lbs! After 2 months of it I lost a total of 20lbs, getting down to 89lbs!
You can look up more info on google about gastroparesis to learn more about it, and what can be a trigger. I did that, and started intentionally eating foods that were triggers, to help me lose weight. Just be careful! <3
