Hi there all, thanks for some great forum chats...
I just felt so alone before I came here :(
I thought I was over all this about a year back but I'm now at uni and in catered halls and the food is shit so i have kindof gone back to my old ways...
except this time i am following India's diet at To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. and I'm finding it better as compared to last time where I was scared of a lot of foods this time I'm prepared with sugar ratings. Basically the book and internet site taught me that carbs are evil so i live off tuna and homemade mayo, olives, roasted tomatoes and loads of green veg...but no fruit, carbs like bread or sweet items. The good thing is even if i have a problem binge i tend to hit fruit or peanut butter and salad so the damage isnt bad.
My problem is how i deal with going home. my mum is a great cook and has amazing food around and i prefer my stuff but she gets upset when i dont like hers, even though often her stuff may be closer to the diet, eg. steak etc.
So basically I'm trying to go on a late Lent diet....
So what i hear you say why are you telling us all this ... sorry im rabbitting on arnt i??? SORRY!
I Just wondered what everybody else thought about...
-how to stop those unwanted binges
-do you think its possible to inhale calories through smell, eg. when you walk past a hot-dog stand etc.
-how to avoid having to eat 3 meals a day with parents
-the best exercise to do to get rid of tummy bulge, i already walk everywhere
-in theory this diet says fatty foods are no problem, ie.ham, salami, mayonaisse etc. anybody agree/disagree with that?
-and if anyone else wanted to diet with me?
Love to you all...
