Hey guys,

So I thought I would keep a personal journal for some extra motivation. I am doing a March challenge which is to:

- Drink one cup of green tea daily
- work out 3-4x per week
- less than 900 calories daily
- multivitamin daily

I'm trying really hard to get healthy again and recover, but I refuse to eat enough until I am my goal weight of 118.

By the way I am 5'7 and I have been ana for 3 years. My current weight is 146...I despise being in the 140's. I feel fat every single day and I am starting to hate looking in the mirror. Hopefully I will be in the 130's by the end of this month. My lowest weight being ana was 133 and then I fucked up after my scale was taken away. Now I have a digital one so I will be weighing in every Saturday :o

My goal weight loss total for May is 11 pounds. I want to be 135 so badly by the end of this month. Let's see if I can do it.

DUDE! OMG

I'm 5'7" and like 145 lbs too, though I've been trying for a while to get back to my lowest weight of 118... and it's my goal to get to at least 135 by the end of the month too

I thought those coincidences were pretty cool

Omg...that's really cool I've never met someone exactly my height and weight with the same goals. Do you wanna be buddies?! You can post in this thread too if you want.

Yesterday was a good day. I stayed below my calorie intake level and also worked out. I of course also had my multi and green tea. Next weigh in is this Saturday I hope I'm at least 144.

today was alright, coulda done better. went over my cal limit =(

Hey, how did things go today TopazCutie? good, I hope?

I was happily surprised to find I was at 142.4 today (I thought I was at like 145), but it's probably because I'm really dehydrated. However, it gave me a mental boost so I was able to stay under my calorie limit instead of bingeing/purging like I have been doing for a while.

I need to exercise more, though.
