DDR - A Valid Workout?

Do you guys think that the calorie counter in DDR is accurate? I've gotten a few mixed reviews from other sites, and I just wanted to see what you all thought! ;3

I play DDR a lot!

It's such a good workout. Even if the calorie counter isn't entirely accurate, at least it's a super easy way to exercise. You get so caught up in the game that it can be hours before you realize you're tired.
