I have had it up to here with me being a failure ALL the time. I have tried for the past 3 weeks to keep in check with doing the 2468 but I just fail miserably - I have no self control and cannot not eat when my stomach is making so many sounds that its like I've swallowed a cd player. I have 1 week and a bit until I go to this party and although I want to be a good 7lbs less than I am now I just don't see it happening, however that is why I have widened my prospects because I think I am rushing myself and expecting too much. So my goal is to be approx 112lbs by around the 18th May, according to this calorie calculator I can achieve this if I can consume 800 cals a day. I know this is really hefty but tbh I cannot physically do the 2468 anymore, the 200/400 days just don't work for me so as of tomorrow (23.02.09) I am going on my 800 cal max diet - however seen as its soooo much consumption for me I hopefully wont be reaching the 800 max. Anyhow sorry about rambling on but I would really love it if others would like to join me in this challenge (or you can come up with your own if you like). If you feel up to it then feel free to post a reply to my message.

Hello for the past few months I have been watching my calorie intake like a hawk! On 300/400 a day max at the moment.
I am going to Dominican Republic in 2 weeks and really want to lose as much weight as I can.
What do you have to make up your 800 calories?

Good look with your weight loss chick, on 300/400 cals a day I am positive you will shift the weight you want :) Tell me how your progress goes and don't forget to have a good holiday - I wish I was going away lol

What do you mean by 'What do you have to make up for your 800 calories?' - I'm just a bit confuzzled by the wording of the question, don't worry though it's not you, it's me, it doesn't take alot to confuse me lol

Haha sorry, I meant what do you have food/drink wise to make up your 800 calories? Sorry my poor wording!
I just hope I keep on track with it, I go running a bit and I am constantly on my feet at work so hopefully it will shift! It's just the first few days I find hard to get by!
