ok so that wasnt really a helpful answer! try a fruit and veggie diet, restricting to 3-500 cals per day whatever your comfortable with, do cardio when ever u can and drink loads of water. its a sure fire way to drop lbs quickly, like upto 6lb a week!
i do something like this:
breakfast - pear or banana
lunch - blueberries and 10 grapes
snack - apple
dinner - steamed sweetcorn, broccili and a carrot with a teaspoon of ketchup. a pear or an orange for desert.
snack - blueberries
Dont eat anything!
Helpful it is, since this is the only thing that actually works..:D:D
But then again not too healthy...
