Oh i hate cravings!

What really helps is to keep occupied:
Clean your room
exercise etc...

But I know that it is hard..

Yeah it is very hard! Especially when people bring chocolates into work for people to share and they are sat there on the side!
I am currently on about 300 calories a day, if I each a chocolate then I don't have anything else as punishment!

I need a nice slim beach body! Ideas for slimming would be much appreciated, apart from fasting but I need to keep it up. Going on 8th March!

I do housework, watch a movie (or some really stupid show like The Hills or something, something that reminds u that THIN is EVERYTHING), go for a walk with my dog, or log into this site! :D

Yeah, it's really important to preoccupy yourself with something else. Remember that the cravings will go away, and you'll be glad you didn't give in to such a fleeting desire

When I'm hungry, I like to put on some good music and exercise or jot down a quick list of things I could do besides eat (watch TV, polish my fingernails, wash the windows, etc)
