I'm 5ft 2 and 99 pounds, I can't stop eating, and i can't make myself vomit. I hate myself and i don't know how to lose weight. :[

You are not fat! I struggle to even lose 3lbs a week I am fat i am 5ft 0 and weigh about 124lbs!!! i am fat

i cant make myself vomit either... that reflex just isnt there....
restriction is the only thing that does it for me but its sooo hard!!!!

How many calories a day do you let yourself go up to?
I allow 900 cals but am startin to wonder if i should lower that a bit.

i allow 1000 if i know im gna work it off.. (i tend to work off about 600) or allow 700 if im not gna go to the gym. its hard though..

i wouldn recommend lowering it cause then you get tired and it makes it hard to exercise... in my experience anyway.

So here is my plan

Im going to start restricting myself to 600 cals a day and to help me i have found a drink, and it's called skinny water, it supresses your appetite.

Cool where did u get ur skinny water from. I'm restrictin to 900 at the miniute, I lost 3lbs last wk. I get weighed every tuesday, i dont have my own scales or id b on them everyday every hour. I dont feel like ive lost any this wk, so if i get weighed on tuesday and im the same or gained im gonna cut down the daily intake. And even though i feel hungry most of the day i feel so bloated and my clothes dont feel any looser.

i get it from the local drug store, it has a bit of a funny taste but oh well...
